This cheese bread is a perfect compliment to any braai or breakfast. It needs little to jazz it up and is super delicious with only butter and sweet jam.

  • 500 g Self Raising Flour
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 30 ml Dried Parsley
  • 30 ml Aromat

  • 500 g Self Raising Flour
  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 30 ml Dried Parsley
  • 30 ml Aromat
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and grease a medium size bread pan.
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and fill the bread pan.
  3. Bake for ±40 minutes. The bread should have a hard golden crust and be gooey soft on the inside.
  4. Serve while warm (but also delicious the next day!)
