Freezing Peppermint Crisp

I have a love-hate relationship with any dessert especially peppermint crisp!

I could eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but of course then you will be rolling all the way to the gym.  So sometimes you just have to indulge in a treat, even though you are trying so hard to get rid of all that Christmas holiday centimeters.  So this was something I wanted to try – a FROZEN peppermint crisp tart .

I had made the usual peppermint crisp tart before, but seeing as it is unbelievably hot everywhere in South Africa at the moment, I thought what would happen if you freeze it? Absolutely genius! 😉

So mix the ingredients together as below and just pop it in the freezer! Easiest thing ever, and it is delicious! There is also this new limited edition Treat from Nestle – mint flavor – which makes it really minty and even more tasty!
