Ingredients
  • 250 g Butter (you can use margarine as well)
  • 50 ml Golden Syrup
  • 10 ml Baking Soda
  • 250 ml Cake flour
  • 150 ml Brown Sugar
  • 500 ml Rolled Oats
  • 250 ml Fine Coconut flakes
  • 2 ml Salt

Instructions
  1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C and spray a shallow oven pan with Spray 'n Cook.
  2. Melt die butter and syrup in the microwave.
  3. Add the baking soda and mix with a hand whisk.
  4. Stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into you pan, spreading out the mixture evenly. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let cool and cut into neat squares. Enjoy!!
