Ingredients
  • 125 ml Margarine
  • 250 ml Brown Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml Self Raising Flour
  • 4 Banana's
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 2.5 ml Salt
  • 30 ml sunflower seeds
  • 30 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 30 ml linseeds

Ingredients
  • 125 ml Margarine
  • 250 ml Brown Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 ml Self Raising Flour
  • 4 Banana's
  • 5 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 2.5 ml Salt
  • 30 ml sunflower seeds
  • 30 ml pumpkin seeds
  • 30 ml linseeds
Instructions
  1. Set the oven to 180ºC. Line a 12-piece muffin tray with paper cupcake cups and spray each cup with Spray-and-Cook
  2. Whisk the margarine and sugar to a creamy constancy. Add the vanilla essence.
  3. Add the eggs one by one, whisking well after every ingredient is added.
  4. Sift the flour and salt into the egg mixture.
  5. Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the mixture.
  6. Add the seeds and stir slowly with a wooden spoon or whisk until everything is mixed through.
  7. Fill the cups about two-thirds full and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Leave to cool or enjoy warm with a bit of butter!
