Super healthy Teething Biscuits

Any mother will know that teething is one of the most dreaded things that happens to a baby, but I found these super healthy teething biscuits to help soothe those itchy gums!  These biscuits are so quick and easy to make.  If you make a whole bunch, store some in the freezer for later.

I was absolutely shocked to see what goes into some of the baby food on store shelves.  They LOAD it with sugar.  I definitely don’t want to be filling up my Little L’s tummy with it.  So I will share with you any quick and easy alternatives you can make at home!

All the ingredients are baby safe and are great when a baby is just starting to eat!

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 Banana's
  • 2 Tbs Coconut Oil
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence Optional

Instructions
  1. Make the oats into a fine powder by using a food processor or the mill blade on your nutribullet.
  2. Add the other ingredients into the food processor / Nutribullet cup and blend until a dough is formed (Use the normal nutribullet blade here)
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball of dough. Breaking it into about 12 smaller pieces. Roll the smaller pieces between your hands until it forms a little worm the length you want your cookie to be.
  4. Flatten out your worms on a baking sheet or pan lined with baking paper. Make sure you smooth out any rough edges, as you don't want them hurting your little's mouth!
