This recipe originates back to one of the first “Kook & Geniet” recipe books us South Africans know so well! Oh you should really try these, they are super easy to make and can be pressed into any shape you would like!  If you have been in either your granny or your mom’s kitchen long enough you would have spotted this amazing recipe book, with what I like to call traditional SA gems!

Bake a batch and give them as a gift, or keep them all to yourself! I am definitely making a batch for Christmas to give as gifts to all my friends and family.
