Bank Deposit or EFT
By choosing this method of payment you will receive an electronic invoice upon checking out your order. The invoice will contain all necessary info to pay via Bank Deposit or EFT. After the full amount for your order has reflected in our account we will start preparing your order for shipping.
Payments that have not reflected after 5 business days will be canceled. For payments that might take longer, please let us know by sending the proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org

A burst of life integrates with the Payfast Secure payment gateway to make sure our customers feel safe when doing online shopping. Payfast integrates with all major banking institutions and offer safe and secure transaction processing. (Read more here) By choosing to pay with payfast we will immediately be notified of the transaction and will start preparing your order as soon as we are notified.
Snapscan (Coming Soon)
To pay with Snapscan you need to have the app installed on your mobile device. Upon checking out of your order a QR Code will be displayed which you need to scan to make payment. An email will also be sent with the payment details. As soon as we receive payment we will start processing your order for shipment.
2. Online shop Shipping Methods
A burst of life Online shop makes use of Pargo and Dawn Wing for deliveries, but if you would like to use the Post office courier service please contact us for a quote. We offer a big variety of products with various sizes, shapes and weight and some items are larger to ship and require a separate courier quote on purchase.
Pargo allows customers the luxury to select their closest pick-up point where the parcel will be delivered and they can pick it up at any time of the day. Parcels that are sent via Pargo has a flat rate of R75.00 and is dependent on the order fitting into the specified delivery bag.
For deliveries to your door we use Dawn Wing and the courier cost will be determined on your parcel and delivery area.

3. Online shop Returns and Refunds
We work really hard to display items on our site just as they would be when they are delivered to you, but if for some reason you have made a purchase on our site and are really unhappy with the purchase please send us a mail to email@example.com with all your order information and we will see what we can do. The cost of shipping the parcel to us will unfortunately have to be paid in full by you the customer.
Once we have been notified of the return and accepted it at our premises we will notify you by email that we have received it and a refund will be processed. Please note that you will not be refunded for the original shipping fee, and refunds will only be processed 14 business days after your payment was received.
We will require your banking details to process the refund amount if you chose to pay via EFT or Snapscan.
We do not accept any returns or refunds on sale items.
If the item you have purchased has a flaw or is broken (due to design flaws) within the first 30 days, please let us know so that we can contact our suppliers. If the item can be fixed we will organise to get the item from you and deliver it again at our costs. If the item has to be replaced we will also cover the costs of shipping.
